Custom Tapered Aluminum ACM Fins
Our 4mm white ACM fins are designed to create a striking visual impact with a dynamic, variable shading pattern that enhances the facade of parking garages. These custom tapered fins are fixed in place but strategically oriented to give the illusion of movement as shadows shift throughout the day. Collaborating closely with architects and installers, we developed a solution that is both elegant and easy to install, aligning perfectly with the project’s design goals.
Beyond aesthetics, these fins provide essential ventilation and airflow for the parking structure while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. Each fin ranges from 5 to 7 feet in length, with multiple fins stacked to cover the height of the entire 3-story garage.
Perforated Aluminum Screen Walls
Our perforated screen walls are crafted from coil-coated .080″ aluminum with a custom color developed by our customer applied to both sides, offering a visually appealing and cost-effective alternative to traditional post-painted perforated metal panels. These unique panels were crafted in various lengths up to 21 feet, providing an attractive, textured facade that allows for ample ventilation, essential for parking structures. This solution ensures a streamlined installation process that saves time and resources.
