Bemo USA Corporation (Mesa, AZ) seeks Staff Accountant to prepare and review financial information in a manner that provides a clear picture of the company’s financial health. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Review bank statements and provide assessment reports to management. Review and analyze financial statements as required by banks and bonding companies to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Assist outside vendors and stakeholders in preparing documentation for tax returns and external audits. Inspect and review account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions which include project payables and receivables and enter accounting related information into business logs. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Implement and modify document recordkeeping and accounting systems for efficiency and to ensure that it meets current technology platform requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field, and two (2) years of experience in internal accounting procedures, including processing invoices through SAP, preparing funds transfers, payroll preparation, monitoring company credit card bills, and preparing receipts and payment vouchers/purchase orders. Bemo USA Corporation (Mesa, AZ) seeks Senior Designer to convert complex architectural designs into 3D models and oversee the creation of wireframes using computer software. Responsible for translating architectural parametric designs into fully realized products that align precisely with the intended architectural vision, using tools such as Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Revit, and AutoCAD. Communicate design intent with architects while also understanding the practical considerations and working styles of the tradespeople responsible for installing the final fabricated systems. Determine the appropriate panel thickness (gauge) based on complex radii and structural considerations such as live loads, wind loads, and dead loads. Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure compatibility between primary and secondary framing systems and project design requirements. Select raw materials (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, zinc, copper, titanium, steel) that align with architectural design intent. Identify the appropriate roll-forming machine and make necessary adjustments based on material type, thickness, and design curvature. Deliver technical presentations to architects.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the building envelope/cladding industry, specifically experience in the design, management, and execution of projects involving computational design and development, preparation of specialized design proposal drawings, and the development of specialized scripting tools.
