Accure is a plate/cassette-style flat panel with a reveal joint. This system gives a flat metal wall aesthetic with a number or material and finish options including painted steel, painted and anodized aluminum, weathering steel, copper, zinc, and stainless steel. The system can be made in varying depths, producing tapered and non-planer faces that play with light and shadow.
Aspect Wall Systems offers an innovative solution in architectural metal plate and ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) wall systems. Aspect extrusions are a continuous male/female system which is designed to enable much faster and smoother installation than a typical clip system. By making alignment from one panel to the next much faster and more repeatable, contractors spend less time on installation.
This system offers architects and designers the possibility of using exceptionally large panel sizes (240″x72″) with near-invisible seams. The joint depths are only as thick as the material instead of the typical 1″ return. This reduced depth in the joint gives a much smoother appearance to the facade and reduces the joint visibility. The patented INVISIO keyhole attachment allows fixation throughout the entire back side of the panel while being invisible from the face and not relying on sealant or adhesive. The linear expansion of panels is compensated through the sliding fastenings to substructure rails. All edges of INVISIO panels are folded, keeping the core covered with the panel’s finish.
